I started Aaron OConner Consulting because I saw a real gap in the market: small businesses — especially in healthcare and care settings — were either overpaying for enterprise IT services that didn't fit their needs, or going without support entirely and hoping nothing broke.
I've spent years working in and around small business technology environments, and I understand the pressures that come with running a lean operation. You don't have an IT department. You don't have time to wait on hold. And you definitely don't have the budget for solutions designed for companies ten times your size.
What I offer is something different: a real relationship with someone who knows your setup, speaks plain English, and shows up when you need help. No ticket queues, no call centers, no runaround.
